We're crazy passionate about chicken. But the thing is, we're just as passionate about our people. We treat each other with respect, encourage one another and celebrate our diversity. In the end, we're all about giving our team members the opportunity to grow, prosper and reach their full potential as crew members and people.

Raising Cane's is passionate about giving back to every community we serve. Last year, Raising Cane’s invested more than $4 million dollars in donations, sponsorships and support in our local communities. Cane’s supported more than 3,000 organizations including organizations like Kidd’s Kids. The charity of the late radio personality Kidd Kraddick. Kidd's Kids provides all-expenses-paid vacations to Disney World for terminally and chronically ill children. Raising Cane's founder, Todd Graves, recently provided a special surprise to a crowd full of Kidd's Kids.

Cane's also has Five Areas of Focus when giving back to the community: feeding the hungry, pet welfare, active lifestyles, education, and business development.

Diversity Is Key To Our Success

When we say we value diversity, we mean it. From the way we hire and promote, to the way we recognize individual effort and achievement. At Raising Cane’s, we’re proud to offer opportunity to anyone who’s willing to work hard. That means we’ll never discriminate based on things like age, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or any of the things that make you who you are. In fact, that’s exactly who we want, unique individuals with the hunger to succeed.
