Raising Cane's is passionate about giving back to every community we serve. Last year, Raising Cane’s invested more than $4 million dollars in donations, sponsorships and support in our local communities. Cane’s supported more than 3,000 organizations including organizations like Kidd’s Kids. The charity of the late radio personality Kidd Kraddick. Kidd's Kids provides all-expenses-paid vacations to Disney World for terminally and chronically ill children. Raising Cane's founder, Todd Graves, recently provided a special surprise to a crowd full of Kidd's Kids.
Cane's also has Five Areas of Focus when giving back to the community: feeding the hungry, pet welfare, active lifestyles, education, and business development.

Crewmembers focus on giving exceptional customer service to our customers, taking / fulfilling their orders, and delivering "What We Do", serving the freshest, never frozen cook-to-order chicken finger meals in a timely manner. At Raising Cane's, we never sacrifice QUALITY for speed.
Qualities we love in Crewmembers:
At Raising Cane's, all our managers play a vital role in our restaurants. The General Manager is the leader of the restaurant and responsible for ensuring the entire team understands our passion for our "One Love". The Operations Manager needs to be highly skilled at staffing, training and scheduling, while maintaining support in financial management and restaurant maintenance. Shift Managers should be skilled at effective leadership and manage our Crewmembers in "What We Do" every day, every shift. Ask about our Managing Partner program! Our MP's can make up to $110k in the 1st year in role!
